Skimmer is a genuinely strong platform, and if you're running a larger team with dispatch and route-optimization needs, it's worth a look. TadPool exists for the operator Skimmer's pricing and complexity weren't really built around: the person running the route themselves, who wants scheduling, payments, and clean customer communication without a monthly bill that scales with headcount they don't have.
Route optimization is the one real gap on this list today — it's on our roadmap, not built yet. Everything else a solo pool route actually needs day to day — scheduling, payments, reports, customer onboarding — is already live.
